1. Market Risk

  • The value of stocks can go down as well as up.

  • You may get back less than the total amount you have paid in.

  • Past performance of any stock is not a guarantee of future returns.

 

2. No Financial Advice

  • FundMyStock does not provide investment, tax, or financial advice.

  • Information on our site or platform is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should seek independent professional advice if needed.

 

3. Buyback Structure

  • Stock is initially purchased and held by FundMyStock in our name until you complete the agreed buyback schedule.

  • Ownership is released incrementally as payments are made.

  • If you fail to meet payment obligations (e.g., four consecutive missed payments), we may sell the stock and you may lose any claim to profits or ownership.

 

4. Fees and Obligations

  • You must meet all fees and buyback obligations under your client agreement.

  • Failure to do so may result in termination of the agreement and loss of stock ownership rights.

 

5. Regulatory Note

  • FundMyStock is a structured buyback model, not a loan.

  • Participation may carry different tax or regulatory implications depending on your personal circumstances.

  • You are responsible for meeting any personal tax obligations.

 

6. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • FundMyStock is not responsible for losses due to market movements, tax liabilities, or third-party service providers.

  • Our liability is limited as outlined in our Terms of Service.

 

7. Suitability

  • Our Services may not be suitable for everyone.

  • Before participating, you should carefully consider your financial situation, commitments, and ability to meet ongoing payments.
