This notice applies to this website and its pre-launch waitlist. FundMyStock is at an early stage and no product, account or investment service is currently provided through this website.

We collect only the information needed to operate the website and waitlist:
- the email address you enter when joining the waitlist;
- the date and time of your signup, referral or campaign source, and a record of your waitlist request;
- information you include if you contact us directly; and
- limited technical and security information that may be recorded automatically by our website host, such as IP address, browser type, device type and server logs.
We do not collect identity-verification documents, bank details, payment-card details or investment records through this website.
4. How and why we use your information
- Waitlist administration: to add you to the waitlist and contact you about the specific early access you requested. We rely on your consent.
- Responding to you: to answer messages or privacy requests. We rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us.
- Website security: to protect the website, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website.
- Legal obligations: where we must keep or disclose information to comply with applicable law.
We do not use waitlist information for unrelated marketing, sell it or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We use service providers only where needed to run the website and waitlist. These include our website-hosting provider and Wix, which we use to maintain the waitlist in Wix Contacts. We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it, the waitlist closes, or 24 months after you joined, whichever happens first. To exercise a right or leave the waitlist, email operations@fundmystock.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that took place before withdrawal.

We use lightweight first-party analytics to understand page visits, waitlist-button clicks, form starts and completed signups. This may include the page visited, referral or campaign source, device category and an anonymous session identifier. We do not use advertising trackers or place third-party marketing cookies.

10. Children
The waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can remove it.
