Welcome to FundMyStock Ltd (“FundMyStock”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, app, and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using FundMyStock, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

FundMyStock provides a platform that enables clients to acquire shares by spreading the cost of purchase over time. We may fund part of the stock purchase upfront, and clients buy back ownership gradually under an agreed structure.

We are not a lender and do not provide credit. The stock is purchased and held in our name until buyback terms are completed.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Be a UK resident (unless otherwise agreed).

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.

• Pass any identity, anti-money laundering (AML), or regulatory checks we require.

 

3. Client Obligations

By using FundMyStock, you agree to:

• Make payments on time under the agreed buyback schedule.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal, financial, and account details.

• Use our Services only for lawful purposes.

 

4. Fees and Payments

Our Services may include:

• Throughput Fee: A one-time fee based on the total funded amount.

• Monthly Fee: Calculated as the Bank of England base rate plus a margin.

• Profit Split: A pre-agreed percentage of stock gains and dividends (net of tax and fees).

All fees are disclosed in the client agreement and must be paid as scheduled.

5. Ownership & Transfers

• Stock purchased under this model is owned by FundMyStock until buyback completion.

• Ownership is released incrementally as payments are made.

• At the end of the tenor, full transfer of stock requires all obligations (including fees and profit split) to be settled.

 

6. Missed Payments

If you miss payments:

• After four consecutive missed payments, we reserve the right to sell the stock immediately or at a later date.

• In this case, you forfeit any claim to profits or ownership benefits from the sale.

 

7. Risk Disclaimer

• Investing in stocks carries risk. Values can go down as well as up.

• FundMyStock does not provide investment, tax, or financial advice.

• You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for market losses, changes in stock value, or missed opportunities.

• Our total liability to you will not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to a claim.

 

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or fail to meet payment obligations.

You may close your account at any time, provided all outstanding obligations are met.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective from the “Last Updated” date shown above. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
